The department was established in 2001 within the University of Departments, affiliated to the Faculty of Arts Al-Asaba, and the Department of Islamic Studies has been working since its inception to graduate scientific cadre's males and females after qualifying them academically and scientifically at the highest levels, to provide great services to the community from the promotion of morals and refinement of behavior, and advice and guidance to the general public and their own.
